Digital Product/Online Services Return Policy​

1. Introduction
This policy outlines the rules and guidelines for the return of digital products/online services purchased from Michael Donato Enterprises Inc. It applies to all customers who have purchased digital products/online services from us.

2. Definitions
A “digital product” refers to any non-tangible product that is delivered electronically, including but not limited to software, digital media, online courses/coaching/programs and digital subscriptions. An “online service” refers to any service that is delivered online, including but not limited to online courses, coaching and programs.

3. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products and online services, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. Once a digital product/online service has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned in the same way a physical product can.

4. Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Michael Donato Enterprises Inc.. For example, if a customer experiences technical problems with a digital product, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be provided.

5. Customer Support
If you have any questions or concerns about a digital product/online service you have purchased, please contact our customer support team. We are committed to providing high-quality products and will work with you to address any issues.

6. Policy Changes

This policy is subject to change without notice. Customers are encouraged to review this policy regularly to stay informed of any changes.

Returns & Exchanges
•    All orders are FINAL sale.
•    We do not accept returns/exchanges of any orders.
•    If you have any questions or concerns please email mdonatobusiness@gmail.com
•    To ensure delivery of your order please input your information and address in English.
•    We cannot make any changes to your order once it has been placed.
•    Please ensure all your information is correct before placing your order.
•    We are not responsible for any mistakes in addresses you input.
•    You must enter your complete shipping and billing address in English to ensure delivery of your order.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping
•    You will receive an email from MICHAEL DONATO ENTERPRISES INC. when your order is received and when it ships out along with a tracking number, if applicable.

U.S. SHIPPING POLICY
It can take up to 6 business days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. The processing and packing time is separate from the shipping time. The shipping estimated time is added on top of the processing time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
Please allow up to 21 business days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. International orders are typically delivered within 7-21 business days from the date that it is shipped, depending on your country and selected delivery service. We ship all international orders DDU which means you may have to pay customs fees, duties and/or taxes depending on your country, as we are not responsible for any fees you may incur.

DELIVERY CLAIMS
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact the carrier who delivered your package within 7 days to file a claim.
•    MICHAEL DONATO ENTERPRISES INC. does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
 
We will work with the carrier on the claim but you must first make the claim with the carrier. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
 
PO BOXES
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes.

 
GST/HST TAX
All orders to a Canadian destination will have GST/HST applicable to the order, including shipping. The tax rate is determined by the province and/or territory specified in the shipping address. Rates can range from 5-15% and are subject to change without notice. MICHAEL DONATO ENTERPRISES INC. is registered for goods and services tax/harmonized sales tax with a business number for GST/HST 71173 6819 RT0001.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by MICHAEL DONATO ENTERPRISES INC.


Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
